Which character has a stronger personality between Buffy and Bella?

Buffy being Mehr independent and confident in who she is, though still figuring out who she is but she is very loyal and holds a very familial bond with her friends: Xander, Willow, Giles, Dawn...and other who come into the Scooby Gang, which makes her a strong character, as Mehr heads are better than one (or so they say lol)

Another thing i like about buffy she doesnt let ANYONE tell her what to do, who to socialise with and what have you, fights in what she believes in whether it may not be...totally different contrast to Bella on Twilight.

I have never watched Buffy but judging on how Bella is not very strong, I would have to guess that Buffy is stronger.
