Is there an actual after life?

I'm incredibly terrified of the idea that after I die, there's nothing. I'm scared, because I want my soul to pass on and watch over my loved ones and friends. I don't want them to feel alone and I don't want to be left in the dark without even knowing what happened afterwards. Please, help me.

The answer to a Frage like this is not certain. No one truly knows if after we die we become reincarnated, our souls travel to an afterlife, oder simply nothing happens at all. I choose to believe that there is an afterlife. If Du choose to believe that as well then it can bring Du comfort.
