-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% kakao solids, chopped * 250ml milch * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g kakao
- Topping : 250ml Double cream *Dark Schokolade Shavings
