Can anyone make out this expression?

Goofy sees a large and unattractive.... "woman" in her underwear and this is the expression he makes. I'm watching A Goofy Movie and I never got this expression. Is he embarrassed? Is he constipated? oder what? I just laugh at this expression because it's so indescribable!
