This is a Wiccan sleep method,I have tried myself and it is effective.Its for the ones that dont sleep well oder have nightmares (like me)This method is pure and wll not harm Du in anyway if u choose to prcecced.

Not many take this serously becuase they do not beleive this these ways,thats ok,But it does work it has to me and a few freinds.Its has Mehr to do with meditation with candles then anything.
