L.A., it\'s when all the Oscar hopefuls start coming out of the woodwork and studios try and support their films however they can, like for example with movie costume exhibits at flagship Hollywood cinemas. Here\'s a wonderful collection of film fashion from Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara\'s new film, Carol, on display at ArcLight Hollywood on November 17, 2015.

As they say, the course of true love never did run smooth and 1950s America was a much more complicated and dangerous place for lesbians lovers.
