Can anyone tell what his Tattoos are of?

This is in his first scene where Smee tells Hook that Pan has returned. I can see that one of them is like Clubs oder spades from a deck of cards and the one on his right arm looks to be roman numerals but it is still not perfectly clear to me. The numeralls are obscured Von the strap of his Hook. I will Upload an image if that helps.
