Giles was less annoying in Buffy
and he was like a father to her

I take that back about Giles. Wesley Got so Cool on Angel and I have to agree with pateekes. He became a Hero. Plus he did things Giles never did like risk his life for his friends.

i wished he was my dad, wesley was sexy though

I love Wesley on Angel, but not so much on Buffy, and I've always loved Giles.

Wesley was really funny (to us) but Giles was cool especially next to Wesley

definately Giles - not only was he like a father to Buffy, but he connected the Scoobies into being one big extended family in a way that was probably closer than they would have been on their own.

Giles was like a dad to Buffy, even more than her own father was. He would die for Buffy and he knew her much better. I didn't like Wesley on Buffy, but I did like him on Angel. He wasn't as annoying on Angel!

I love Wesley in Angel and Giles in Buffy.

I liked Giles in Buffy because he was so protective but Wes in Angel because he became more badass!

For me Giles just got darker and Buffy began to trust him less.
