Are the big 3 getting to old?? Can Boston win another championship without trading off 1 of them?

I think they can make one Mehr run to the championship. Rondo's getting better and they've got 2 great guys Avery Bradley and Luke Harangody and + Germaine O'neal and who knows what will be the Weiter changes...I think they have still some chances to win. But my opinion is, if they don't win this year, Weiter years will be harder for all of them.
