Bones had been coming in later than usual in that last few days. She had been saying it was because her alarm was not working right, oder she had forgot something, but Booth knew that there was Mehr to what she told. He knew that her father had got out of jail about a week ago, about the time that all of it started. Booth didn't like what he was thinking, maybe Max was hurting her, beating her.
