Are the Cirque du Freak Bücher any good?

That was the first series i ever read ;D
they are so awesome and yuu shud read it ;D
its basically about darren shan who went to a freak Zeigen and stahl, stola the Vampire spider. And so he decides to do a trick with it with his best friend, and he accidently poisons him. he had to go to the vampire ( Mr. Crepsly) to get the antidote and so they had to make a deal. he became a vampire in order to save his Friends life.
The rest of the series goes and Du find out about a darker race of Vampire they come in around the third book [ Tunnels of Blood ]. As the book goes on he finds out alot about Vampire and about himself. also (obviously) he matures aswell ;D

Well I liked them. They're short so they're good just too pick up and readbut there is lots of them, so they'll keep Du going. Darren Shan unexpectadly turns into a vampire when he meets the Cirque Du Freak. The series is called Darren Shan, Cirque Du Freak is the 1st one. Its not mushy oder anything, like twilight, this came before twilight. They're like Fantasy adventure books. They can be pretty exciting and they can be pretty funny. The 2nd series is Mehr gruesome and grown up though, so if u don't like gore, don't read them (the 2nd series anyway). But they're good books

I Liebe these Bücher =] I prefer the later ones, although all are good. Du can check them out at darrenshan.com (click on 'Vampires', then click on 'Books') and read the plot outlines, best way to decide whether Du want to try them oder not! But I recommend this saga and I recommend Darren Shan!
