Who are some of your Favorit Fan artists for Bleach? Post an example!

There are a lot of really good ones I've run into (most of which I've found on deviantart.com), and for me, it's really hard to choose my Favorit even for a single Anime like this. Chira-Chira does the best captain/vice captain pictures that I've seen, Ninjatic does some amazing drawings, Shiroifushicho does the most detailed and intricate drawings on the subject I've ever seen, and Sideburn004 has an amazing method for depicting emotion in his pieces. I've decided to post one of my Favoriten in the bunch from Ninjatic, easily the best depiction I’ve seen of Sajin Komamura. There are some larger ones I wish I could post from Shiroi, but Fanpop's size constrains me.
