YG's Statement regarding G-Dragon's Instagram

Big Bang‘s G-Dragon is making the news in Western news sources, but not because of his concerts oder his music. The beliebt K-Pop rapper has caused controversy with an Instagram Foto that may not have been very well thought out.

The picture in Frage was shared through his official Instagram account on July 30. In it, he wears a gray T-shirt over his head and has his face painted black. Along with the picture comes the simple caption, “X.”

G-Dragon has been known to post unusual Fotos before, but this one came in bad timing. Online news sources pointed out that the picture looks similar...

Big Bang to Perform at "Singapore Gand Prix" on September 20th

The news was released earlier thru the official website (see Foto below), then removed because their performance as konzert series opener was supposed to be a guessing contest on the website.

Note: Technically the announcement of Big Bang's participation at the event was part of another "Guess Who" contest that is open for Fans to guess and vote on until July 3rd, but someone accidentally already gepostet the news on the official media portion of the site before removing it. Both the "Meet and Greet" and the "Guess Who" are still open and available on the Singapore Grand Prix website.

Daesung's Interview with "Billboard Japan" [TRANS.]

Soft bank mobile’s smart phone application UULA released the news that they will have the original TV series of “I Liebe You” broadcasted exclusively Von them starting from 18th of July. It was also revealed that the main Titel track will be a collaboration of D-LITE and Hakase Taro (violinist).

“I Liebe You” is based on the short stories novel Von various authors such as Kotaro Isaka, Ira Ishida and Takayoshi Honda. The director of "April Bride", Ryuichi Hiroki will be directing this series and make it seem like it’s a movie. Erika Toda, Mikako Tabe and Yoko Maki will be starring individually...

Big Bang win awards at 'MTV VMAJ 2013'

The 'MTV VMAJ 2013' (Video Musik Awards Japan) were held on June 22 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

K-pop's hottest idol groups TVXQ, Big Bang, and 2PM were nominated in 3 different categories and both Big Bang and 2PM each won an award.

Big Bang's Musik video for "Fantastic Baby" which was directed Von Hyun Seung Seo won the category of 'Best Dance Video'. They were able to beat out the Musik Videos of SKRILLEX's "Bangarang", ZEDD's "Spectrum", livetune's "Transfer", and group_inou's "9".

Daesung Promises He′ll Keep Singen 50 Years from Now

At the final konzert for his Japan tour held in Yokohama on June 18, Daesung vowed that he would still be Singen 50 years from now.

Daesung, who promotes under the alias D-Lite in Japan, has been touring a total of 20 cities in the country, including Niigata, Aomori, Hokkaido, Miyagi, Kagawa, Okayama, Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Saga. Approximately 100,000 Fans came to see him perform.

For his grand finale, Daesung put on a three-hour-and-20-minute-long show, Singen such songs as Utautai No Ballad, Hi No Ataru Sakamichi, Zenryoku Shounen, Joyful, Wings, Baby Don′t Cry and more.

Q:Your first World Tour is almost at an end and it’s hot! Although Du still have some shows left, how do Du feel to successfully end your tour?

My first world tour was last year's BIG BANG world tour. And I was still half worried and half excited to visit new places for my konzert but it was really fun touring around. Personally I never have time to travel but as I was on this tour, I could rest during break times and hang out with staff. I’m glad I could make many memories. For me it was like a school field trip. I was also glad that I got Liebe everywhere I went.
