With time, women gain weight because we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads. When there is no Mehr room, it distributes out to the rest of our bodies. We aren't heavy; we are enormously cultured, educated and happy! Beginning today, when I look at my butt in the mirror, I will think "Good grief! Look how smart I am!...I must be a genius!! I agree! God has made us with a mate in His plans. There is someone for each of us. My new husband LOVES me as I am.

We're lucky to be healthy. People shouldn't shame us for being bigger. We're just as good as anyone else and yet we're frowned upon. We should be happy that we're bigger...and sexier than the rest.
