what is the episode that katara blood bends?

i was waching an episode of Avatar and then i saw that blood bending wasnt made up.i was taking a sip of water when i hered "congradulations katara,your a blood bender."i nearly choked when i hered that she actualy did it.i only got to see a little bit of that episode so i want to know the name of it so i can see whatelse happened.

Water benders can only blood bend during a full moon when their powers are greatest. They basically bend the liquid in your blood so they can make Du do whatever they want. And she's worried because once Du know something Du can't unknow it and it will always be a temptation.
