Going to church as an atheist?

I don't have any personal experience with this sort of thing, but I would suggest that maybe Du could focus on the fact that church now for Du is much Mehr about the people than the religious stuff. The people there are obviously important to you, so if Du feel like Du can't connect with them fully outside the church, Du could try shifting your conceptualization of what the church is to you.

Alternatively, Du could find a different activity that Du can all get together and do. Something official and regular, but not necessarily connected to the church...? A movie night oder something, I dunno, just something that removes it from the church setting that is making Du uncomfortable.

If Du only talk to them while youre in the church with them, then that may be the problem. If ou're in a church the topic will always be God.
Try inviting them to do other stuff somewhere else where the topic isn't god. Go shopping with them, cinema and stuff like that.
And Du sagte that Du meet them sometimes outside the church and it doesn't work, if that doesn't really work, I think the best way to solve this is Von telling them that Du can't believe in a god and ask them to accept Du the way Du are. Real Friends / family wouldn't stop seeing Du because of that. But be advised : Truth may hurt you...
