Episode 6 is officially the funniest episode all seasons combined ... for me! I was laughing so hard that it brought tears to my eyes and I watched almost twice already. I'm gonna do one Mehr today. Everything from the lines, the acting, the comedy, the love, the banter, the angst, the awkwardness etc is stupendous. After weeks of enduring herz wrenching moments, crying over loss of certain characters, feeling sorry and gutted over the breakup, feeling angry over Arthur's treatment over Merlin and Gwen and etc ... we are finally treated with an episode where we could sit back and laugh for a change. And what a laugh it was...

Things I like in this episode...

1. Merlin
This is a Colin Morgan's episode, officially. Never have I seen him having so much fun playing the character and I think he plays his evil character oben, nach oben notch. He was wicked to the core. Right from the lines he sprouts at the trio, Arthur, Gaius and Gwen to the way he snorts, sneers and smug each time he plans oder is foiled in his attempt to kill Arthur, really gets me rolling on the floor, laughing. He was both cute and adorable and his facial expression is priceless. After spending all this while watching him save Arthur's ass, it's a change to see him trying to kill him instead!! And he makes for a cute, cuddly and bloody wicked assassin... LOL! My fav scenes, the moment he finds out the crossbow didn’t work and the look on his face when Gwen knocks him the Sekunde time. Priceless indeed!

2. Gwenius
Gwen and Gaius are the Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson of Camelot! The way they rush to Arthur's aid and foil Merlin's plan is very well executed. It got me into stitches. My fav scene was both time Gwen knocks Merlin out. Her guilty looks after knocking her best friend out added with sighs of relief learning her boyfriend is safe, sicher is beautifully captured. Kudos to Angel – Jäger der Finsternis for that lovely priceless expression she gave us in this episode. She was teilt, split in loyalthy; one is her best friend and the other is her Liebe ... But she made excellent decision in saving both their lives. Well acted Angel. Gaius was brilliant as usual. Liebe his shock when Merlin was being all rude to him; the suppe banter, the two minds better than one issue ... oh dear. But my fav was the way he grabbed Merlin after Gwen knocks him the Sekunde time and hides him behind the curtain. Nicely done Mr.Wilson ...LOL!!!

3. Methur
Finally the hug that we were all waiting for happened. And what wonderful embrace it was!!! The bromance, the friendship, the loyalthy, the humbleness ... everything folds nicely in front of our eyes. The wait, probably too long but was well worth. I also liked the chat Arthur has with Merlin in the forest. Arthur, despite being a king does not feel afraid to confide into his servant and that proves why he is a better king than his father. He values Merlin's loyalthy and appreciates his Friends sacrifice. Beautifully acted out scene that leaves me in awe and in appreciation of Arthur's trust and friendship with Merlin. Everything about them was perfect. Looking vorwärts-, nach vorn to Mehr scenes like this! And the end scene where Arthur confides to Merlin about his distaste for George ... funny LOL!!

4. Arwen & The Crown Jewel scene!
I know this was a scene that had everyone buzzing anxiously for days and when it did happen... OH MY LORD!!! It was a mixture of sexiness, comedic, awkwardness, brilliance, Liebe and pure entertainment. Arthur's shock at finding Gwen standing in his chamber instead of Merlin is loveably cute; from the way his voice rose when he mentioned 'Guinevere'to the immediate movement of his hand to cover his modesty, Gwen's awkwardness towards Arthur's nakedness was admiringly hilarious; from the way she called out 'Arthur'and immediately turned away ... LOL! The exchange was also cute; Gwen was trying not to look at Arthur's awkward position while trying to protect Merlin while Arthur, despite his nakedness was trying to stay positive and kingly!! Kudos to Bradley and Angel – Jäger der Finsternis for giving such a memorable Arwen moment. Couldn't help noticing the smirk that creeps up to Arthur's lips as he moves back behind the screen ... this is a naughty thought that's been swirling in my mind after watching the smirk - maybe Arthur's thinking, "Did Gwen look at it? What'd she think of it?"LMFAO!!!!
The staircase scene was another evidence how much Liebe is sizzling between these two. "We’ll return"Arthur "You better"Gwen. WOW ... those lines were good enough for me ... well played.

5. Mergana
At last some depth in Morgana's role. I like Katie and I felt bad watching her role being reduced to bits and pieces in this season but here her role is gegeben the priority it deserves. Her performance with Colin's was well played out. Their chemistry is Sekunde best after Arwen. If only Morgana wasn't such a bitch!! Her battle with Dragoon was also nice though I wouldn’t call it brilliant as I expected Mehr usage of power and magic. But the way she ran out of the house after finding Dragoon in her hut was hilarious.

6.Merlin getting knocked out instead of Arthur
I'm sure this is an episode that Arthur finally gets his revenge on Merlin. The balance has shifted. Instead of Arthur being knocked out, it Merlin's turn now and it was nice to see for a change. At least Merlin would know Von now how painful it was!!

7. Aggravaine feeling the heat!
I loved the moment Arthur points his finger at his uncle and sagte he wouldn’t hesitate to doubt him!! OH ... the look on Aggy's face ... I thought I noted him being a little scared and threatened... Nice Arthur, uncle oder not ... this man here needs a kick on his butt! And when Aggy couldn’t find anyone else to shift his blame on, he chose GAIUS!! But this is where Arthur stands out from Uther. The late king would have blindfoldedly ordered Gaius to the stake but not Arthur. This king has a special spot for Gaius as we have seen in Zurück seasons and he too does not believe in other's word about the man who raised him up like his own son. The difference between Arthur and Uther is highlighted well in this small but memorable scene.

8. Dragoon
There is no way I'm leaving without including Dragoon here. His inclusion, the screen time and the banter he has with the knights was funny. Oh how much I enjoyed the knight’s staircase scene ... Maybe that'll teach the knights to be respectful to the elders!! As much as Colin enjoys playing the evil role, I think he enjoys being Dragoon twice as much.

What I didn't like
There is little flaw here to be outlined, in fact there's only one. The scene where Dragoon fights with Morgana ... Why oh why didn’t she notice the shoes Dragon was wearing when it was plain obvious as to who wears it often! I was going to highlight that shoe part in episode three where Arthur meets Dragoon in the forest but was too sad and angry to include that there. And I thought it wasn't going to happen anymore ... indeed it did. Morgana had seen Merlin many times in his attire and she's not stupid enough not to notice that. But ... I really wish they’d do something about that...

But insgesamt this episode was a feel good factor that leaves us all in stitches at the end. Nicely written and well played Von all, there is little to actually fault it. I enjoyed it and am happy the line 'there is a traitor in our midst' is no longer Gaius's. Leon is the new Gaius!! HEHEHE!!!
