That would be Warrior Cats for me, although they haven't made an anime of that, except for the fan-made videos.

Wow...seriously? I can't stand Yui-Gi-Oh, and can take up a whole article with it's fault and poor plot. Warriors is like the second Harry Potter, the woman who writes them is a genius. Warrior cats with epic battles beats the heck out of poor animated card game series.
