I just started it and I can honestly say it is most likely going to be my favorite reverse harem series. ^^

I'm watching the dub so far, which is badly done and every line is making me laugh. But even without the bad dubbing, the pacing is pretty sloppy and I'm not very fond of Chizuru, who feels like a blank slate. That works in a video game when you're playing in the character's shoes, but not in an anime.
The otome game is probably more enjoyable.

Actually, just like for me now. Just moves so low sometimes and I get bored, probably why I am so behind on watching it. I don't care much for slow moving anime. That could just be because of the subs though. But I do love all the characters and reading the Otome game.
