I may be wrong (it's been a while) but there is one in Baccano! I'm pretty sure near the end of the main arc. Szilard tries to get Ennis to kill one of the protagonists and she turns on him. He has the whole cliche "you can't kill me I made you" speech, which doesn't end all that well for him.
