They're from the Japanese F2P web browser game Kantai Collection a.k.a KanColle an Anime based off of the game just started airing last month. I personally haven't seen the Anime oder played the game so I don't know if the characters in the picture Du have are in the Anime oder not. But Du can watch the Anime free and legally on Crunchyroll link
The characters are (from left to right) Akatsuki, Hibiki, Inazuma, and Ikazuchi.
