Well since Du like Kaichou Wa Maid Sama (The Maid Sama Manga is a Favorit of mine)
I recommend:
- Kamisama KISS (I prefer manga, but like the anime)
-Ao Haru Ride- I becoming an Anime in the summer
-Kyoukai no Kanata (A mix of urban fantasy, action, and romance.)
-Steins:Gate- (Confusing at first but its basically the schmetterling effect and time machines)

For horror-
-Higurashi (Watch both seasons. The first season is Higurashi no naku koro ni. Season 2 Higurashi no naku koro ni kai. It is confusing if Du don't watch both.
-Another- Straight up horror

If Du like Inuyasha, Du should enjoy Ranma 1/2 & Ruroni Kenshin. 15 years ago, both were required watching for otaku. Ranma does have partial nudity though....A lot of it.

Du should also enjoy Sabor Marionet J, Sorcerer Hunters, Fushigi Yuugi, Legend of Himiko, Gokudo-Kun Manyuki, Slayers, Master of Mosquiton 99 (has to have the 99 in the title), Majin Tentei Nougami Neuro, Excel Saga, Gintama, Juubei-Chan, & Houshin Engi.

If you're not homophobic there's also Kyou Kara Maou, & 90% of the "heavily implied romance" in Hunter x Hunter 2011 is gay, as well as 60% in Gensoumaden Saiyuki, & 50% in GetBackers, 40% in Yu yu Hakusho, & 30% in Nightwalker.

All of these series have ALL of the elements; action, some degree of horror, comedy, full oder implied romance, & fantasy.

Mangas Du may like: Dragon Half & Petshop of Horrors.

The animes for GetBackers 7 Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro only cover half of the manga.

If Du have a strong stomach & can tollerate the sort of nudity meant to disgust rather than arouse, there's also Apocalypse Zero, which also has all of these elements.
