Well if Du are looking for something incredibly similar, I think Du must try "Brothers Conflict", if Du didn't know of it yet,I think you'll be surprised how much similarities these to have.....
no not quite, but they look alot like the vampire, one of them also has the same name too. But if Du were looking for an Anime with sadists in it well I'm not sure I recall any at the moment but I'll tell Du if anything comes to mind.
