Tohru From Fruits Basket, We have both have blue eyes and brown hair (although mines a tiny bit shorter)

No one looks like me but I've found a decent amount of characters that act like me to a large extent. An example would be Natsu from Fairy Tail.

But in general when it comes to Fairy Tail. I have a mix personality of Erza and Natsu to be honest.

Yuri! Here hair isn't as red as mine, but we act just alike!

There are no girl characters that I can easily say I look&act like however my Friends always say thats it's almost scary how much Tamaki and I are alike (not princely Tamaki normal Tamaki), Tamaki around people I know and England around people I don't XD.

Well, the closest i can think of is Shirley from Code Geass.

My hair isn't as short as hers and I have a darker skin color but I do share the same hair and eye color (I also wear glasses) and our personalities are quite similar.

tho our Austria looks EXACTLY like Austria only minus the curl.....

Monaco from Hetalia acts just like me and I used to look exactly like her before I cut my hair.

I have never seen any Anime character that has looked even the tiniest thing like me, but for Schauspielen like me, Konata Izumi. We're almost exactly alike.

Our personality is very similar, and our looks too (but my hair is brown).

tatsuki from bleach our personalities are exactly the same but my hair is a bit shorter and my skin is not as fair as hers but she is definitely the epitome of chiga09 [me]!!!!!!!!

I looked for my look-alike many times, but it would always fail because I don't look like anybody T^T

However, when it comes to personality, I can releate to Edward and Winry (Fullmetal Alchemist). But Ed's personality is Mehr present (most notable is the "height issues" XD)

Mouri Ran from Detective Conan....We almost look alike and also the ace and captain of our karate team...

Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass. Even though I am a girl, he is the Anime character who Suits me the most. We have the same distant, friendly personnality and black hair.
