Pokemon seems to have a lot of filler characters considering they're characters of the Tag they only appear in the Anime once but they say that Satoshi-kun & Friends will challenge them again and such but they usually don't anyway here's Akina-san from Pokemon she's a character of the Tag in the Houen Region.
