Is "The Boondocks" considered an anime?

Well, they drawing style looks like anime, and Adult Swim shows it on the night they Zeigen Full Metal Alchemist and Bleach, so is it an anime?
Is "The Boondocks" considered an anime?

Guys remember, not all Zeigen in Japan are considered animes.

^Only Von fans. It's not an Anime and it annoys me when people think it is. it's a cartoon not an anime! animefans should obviously know the difference.
