Base Madara cant defeat Aizen. Aizen turns his weapons to dust since he did it to Barragan's axe by staring at it so that leaves Madara with no weapons and he has to withdrawl to using his abilities. I dont see anything getting past Hado #90 besides kyuubi, rinnegan, and woodstyle which equals there abilities out. Aizen is definitely faster and stronger than Madara especially being a spirit so basically the only thing Madara counters on is his MS. Aizens has two points above Madara overall.
