I'd have to take it straight to a vet, because I don't think I'd know what to do with the dog.

I would bring it to the vet, wash and feed it, and then bring it to a GOOD shelter.

I'm not a vet, and I don't live with a vet.

First take it home, then call to the animal shelter for an animal ambulance. I would take care of the dog while waiting for them.

Not to be cruel but if it's a homeless/or not dog then I will be scared to go near it! It can have rabies or just be very vicious and bit me... And I can't really take it to the animal hospital, where and how?? There isn't one and my parents won't let me help one for the same reason that I mentioned! I grew up in a country where u see homeless starved dogs all around... That's something you'll just have to get use to!

Well I lived in Guam were there are stray dogs EVERYWHERE. You cant just pick them up and take them all home, so its pretty hard to do nothing but usually all you can do. so it depends were this sick dog is. if its in a place like Guam, you better start picking up every dog you see if you pick that one up.
