Any vegetarians around here? Please help!

Hi, everyone! I need help. I'm an animal rights activist in the sense that I don't own any clothes made from animal fur/skin, and I only buy products that say "Not tested on animals", but I still eat meat. I'd really like to become a vegetarian, but don't know where to begin. Can anyone recommend some good vegetarian recipe cookbooks, and other materials for new vegetarians? I'd appreciate it so much! <3

That's awesome! I'm so happy you're interested in becoming a vegetarian! Not many people can do that.

The best book I've found about becoming a vegetarian is "Vegetarianism for Dummies". It has a lot of info about nutrition and stuff.

My Favorit cookbooks are
-"Easy Vegetarian" (I don't know who it's by)
-"Easy, Everyday Vegetarian" (Betty Crocker)

I know this may sound weird from me, since I'm also an animal rights supporter, but I don't think becoming vegetarian, at least 100% vegetarian, is a good idea. I'm sorry, but the thing is, humans are naturally omnivorous. We need the meat sometimes. Also, some people have blood types that require meat to function. I'm sad to say I'm one of those people. I have a lousy body structure that requires a lot of protein. I really want to support Tiere to the fullest, so I decided on doing this, I take meat on a moderate scale and make sure that I go vegetarian for certain days of the week and such. Sorry, but I'm kinda a nutritionist and psychologist, for humans and studying for Tiere as well. If you're a blood type A, it would be best Du go vegetarian, but if you're an O like me, you're gonna need the meat. But good luck anyway.
