Mooch carried Humphrey to Winston and Eve. Mooch set Humphrey down in Winston and Eve’s sight. Eve gasped at the sight.
“What happened?” She asked.
“He nailed his head on the chin of a dog and has a concussion,” Mooch answered.
“He saved Salty though,” Shakey said.
“I didn’t see crap,” Salty said, “By the way, we have a new comer.”
Jenna came into sight.
“Welcome to the pack!” Winston greeted, “We will be happy to have Du in our pack. Are Du an Alpha oder an Omega?”
“I think an Alpha,” Jenna replied, “How ever I have a confession.”
“What?”
“I’m not a wolf. I am a domesticated dog.”
Eve perked up in alert. “No! We will not allow Du in our pack!”
“Eve, we’ll give her a chance.”
“Alright! Fine!”
“Have we Lost focus? Humphrey is hurt!” Mooch yelled.
“Bring him into the den,” Eve said, “Winston, whoever did this, let’s rip his jaw out and shove it down his throat!”
“His jaw’s broken,” Humphrey said.
“Your skull broke his jaw?” Winston asked.
“Yup.”
“I’m calling down Hutch, he’s the field medic of the pack,” Winston said.
Winston howled, Hutch, come down to my den, Humphrey is hurt. Hutch came to the den.
“What happened here?”
“He has a concussion, he nailed his head into a dog’s jaw,” Mooch said.
“Ouch, Du ok man?” Hutch asked
“My head feels better.”
“Alright, all of Du out of the room, I’m going to put a few test on him.”
Hutch worked on Humphrey a bit.
“Man working with my brother is so much easier then working with strangers.”
“Really?”
“Dude, I know Du better than most wolves, it’s so much easier.”
Hutch realized Humphrey didn’t actually have a concussion, he was just blurred from the impact.
“Hey, Humphrey, Du actually don’t have a concussion, you’re just fine.”
“Oh thank God! Thanks man.”
“No problem.”
Hutch told the other Wölfe the good news. “Well, Humphrey doesn’t have a concussion. He just fine.”
The Wölfe were relieved to hear that. Everyone went Home and slept the night. Tomorrow was a hunt day. Kate woke early, before the sun was up.
“Hey Humphrey, I’m going out to hunt.”
Humphrey actually wanted to try hunting and this Alpha stuff. “Can I hunt with you?”
“I will have to ask my dad about that. Cando might not approve an Omega hunting.”
“Please!”
“I’ll ask my dad.”
“Thank you!”
Humphrey and Kate walked to Eve and Winston’s den. Winston was waiting for the crew to arrive.
“Dad, can Humphrey hunt with us? He wants to try it.”
“Sure, Humphrey, don’t make me regret this decision.”
“I won’t sir.”
“Please don’t call me sir.”
“Ok, dad.”
Cando and Hutch arrived.
“We’re ready sir.”
“Guys, Humphrey will be hunting with us today,” Winston said.
Cando approached Humphrey angrily, “You’re lucky!”
They got to the hunting grounds.
“Humphrey, Du sneak behind, get them if they look up in alert. Cando, Du cover me. Hutch, Du go with your brother and cover him,” Kate said.
They approached three caribou. Humphrey got right behind the caribou. Kate was about to jump out and surprise attack when Humphrey jumped and tried to land on the caribou. He thought he was doing the right thing. The thing he did wrong, he also failed. The sun wasn’t up quite yet but there was the slightest part.
The caribou sprinted out the rest of the caribou stampeded.
“Holy…” Humphrey sagte and was blocked out by, “That stupid Omega!” which Cando yelled.
Cando was running right Weiter to Humphrey. He attempted to trip Humphrey. He thought he did so he went to the right side of the stampede and retreated. Humphrey found cover right Weiter to a log. The stampede passed and Humphrey got out of cover.
“Hey, what’s your problem!” Cando yelled, “You stupid Omega! Du shouldn’t be hunting! It’s not your damn job!”
Humphrey was half surprised to hear Cando say that.
“Cando, back off!” Kate demanded.
“Yeah, Cando, I was just trying hunting, no need to get this mad.”
“Shut up!”
Cando jumped onto Humphrey. Humphrey threw a schlagen, punsch at Cando.
“Guys, break it up!” Hutch yelled.
Hutch jumped up and landed on Cando and Humphrey. However, that didn’t do crap.
“I’m not an Omega,” Hutch said.
Humphrey got and oben, nach oben of Cando and wrapped his jaws around Cando’s neck.
“Humphrey, no! We need him bad! Don’t kill him!”
Humphrey made eye contact with Cando. He had a look in his eye saying “Please, please don’t kill me! I’ll do anything! I’m sorry!”
Humphrey released his grip.
“I’m sorry,” Cando said.
“I have to go to court for both of these infractions don’t I?” Humphrey asked.
Kate nodded her head.
“Crap!”
Humphrey fled the scene and went home.
