Song Stumper - Please Read

If anyone can answer this, I will be shocked and happily surprised. In episode 97 (Season 5, Episode 7) Nine One One, there is a short clip of the Weihnachten song "Joy to the World" played between scenes at approximately 18m into the show, with the harbor in the background. I have looked EVERYWHERE for information about the band who performed the song and can't find anything! Anyone know? And no, it's not Vonda Shepard.
