Should I Bewegen to another company?

As this has been Nicht beantwortet for 5months i'm very interested to know what Du have decided on your own terms. Have Du stuck to your old job oder found a new one?
As for your original Frage there are many aspects that could be why Du have not been promoted oder moved to a different department when Du have expressed interest. The most positive of these is that Du are just too good at your job. Many companies see their work as pieces of a clock, when things are working just fine and as it should, they like to leave things as they are.
The other Mehr depressing aspect could be that Du are just not qualified enough (on paper) oder your boss(es) think Du are just not capapble,
As a very up-front person, i always ask if there are any comments, tips oder even some concerns from my employer about my performance every so often. When i started my new job that was monthly, which has now been changed to 6monthly if yearly as i have been with my company for 4years now. That gives my employer a chance to pick up on my best and worst and also gives me insight to what i can improve on.
There is no risk in asking for an assessment, it shows your are serious about your work productivity but bär in mind Du must take what they say seriously and if any areas do need improving take steps to actually improve them .
It could also be worth talking to whoever is in charge of training in your office/department to see if Du can further your education in the company oder learn new skills to give Du that boost into promotion.
